Purple Sage Designz is an online shop based in Ponca City, OK and will ship world wide.

Each product is created in my studio by myself with new or recycled materials. If recycled yarns or other materials have been used the listing will specify so.

Production Time: All orders ship about 3-5 days of purchase from my studio in Ponca City, OK. If you need your order faster please send me a message and I will see what I can do. I don't overnight any packages.

Shipping: Your order will ship USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail which usually takes between 2-6 business days to arrive within the USA and approx. 2-4 weeks internationally once I have placed the mail piece into the postal system. I will provide a tracking number. 

Please note that Oklahoma residents are charged sales tax.

Payment: I accept payments made though Paypal and Credit Cards. If your payment is made as Paypal e-check, your item will not ship until the check has cleared. This can take 5-7 days for domestic payments (within the USA) and 7-14 days for international payments.


Please provide your correct shipping address. In case of returned packages due to a wrong shipping address I will resend the package, but will need for you to pay additional postage.

Shipping (within the United States): 
All packages are shipped USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. This will depend on the weight of your package.
International Shipments:
Orders are shipped USPS International 1st Class which generally are not insured and don't provide detailed tracking information. Packages over 4 pounds will ship with International Priority Mail.

Please acknowledge that when placing an international order that you as buyer will be responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees. You might be charged an import fee of some kind. Purple Sage Designz as seller is not responsible for any feels that your home country will charge you. Since you will order merchandise I will not mark the international customs forms as a gift which would be a criminal offense.

Refunds and Exchanges: 

I strive for happy customers. And I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please contact me if there is any issue with your item. I am easy to work with and I normally agree to take back any unused, unworn products either for a full refund (minus shipping), store credit or exchange product.

Please keep in mind that I do my best to describe and photograph all products accurately, but various monitor settings may display different colors. Also your head shape might be different than my models' or head mannequins'.

I usually take the liberty to photograph any custom work for future example pictures.
